Pauline is an integrated marketing & advertising professional bring over 15 years of regional and local experience in advertising. Strategic thinker, team leader and creative problem solver, she manages multidisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate campaigns across various sectors including fashion, luxury goods, financial services, FMCG, hospitality and charity, for both international and local brands.
Pauline started off her career in account servicing at Foote Cone & Belding after graduating where she discovered her passion for advertising. During the early days, she has gained a wide spectrum of experiences working for clients such as Celine, Giorgio Armani & Emporio Armani, The Bank of East Asia, Carlsberg and Sun Hung Kai Properties.
Pauline joined TBWA\ Hong Kong in 2003 where she started creating integrated marketing activities from above-the-line advertising to events, activations, digital and social media. Pauline is now the account lead for some of the agencies biggest accounts. Her works includes many award-winning projects for both effectiveness and creativity across Spikes Asia, AME, EFFIE, Hong Kong Kam Fan etc.
