Esther cut her creative teeth at Saatchi &Saatchi;, Greater China, in 1994 where she had early exposure to multinational clients and spent the next few years working between Mainland China and Hong Kong, handling brands such as Oil of Olay, Head & Shoulders, HP and Robust. To learn more about the China market, she moved to GZ for a year.
In 1998, she moved back to Hong Kong, working at DDB Worldwide and Lowe separately. Some of her key accounts included McDonalds, Compaq, Johnson & Johnson and HSBC.
She joined TBWA\ as the Group Creative Director in 2005, focusing on Standard Chartered Bank, Levi’s, Nivea, Sony Cybershot and Adidas. For the past year, Esther has been leading the Wyeth account to develop a launch campaign for their Illuma brand in China.

includes many award-winning projects for both marketing effectiveness and
creative impact across Spikes Asia, Adfest, LongXi International Chinese
Advertising Awards, Hong Kong KamFan, and Hong Kong Effies.
She is also a part-time lecturer, teaching Advertising Copywriting for the School of Journalism & Communications at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
